Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Manage and organize a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
