Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor junior baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
- Engage with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement new coffee recipes and seasonal specials.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Certification in barista training or coffee education is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
