Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Train and mentor junior baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
  • Engage with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement new coffee recipes and seasonal specials.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Certification in barista training or coffee education is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
