Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to refine processes and enhance future performances.
- Monitor compliance with safety, legal, and company standards for all events, mitigating risks proactively.
- Lead and mentor on-site staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
- Utilize event management software to track progress, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices to elevate TAC-Groupâs event offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or project management within hospitality/tourism.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure events simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
