Responsibility

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or project management within hospitality/tourism.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure events simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with a client-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
