Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and recreational facilities
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms according to established standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest well-being
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with laundry operations and linen management as needed
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Basic English communication skills
