Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
