Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee the grilling station, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, using precise temperature control and grilling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Monitor food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, adhering to kitchen protocols and best practices.
