Responsibility
- Provide a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all guests, assisting with luggage handling and transportation.
- Escort guests to their rooms, offering information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as arranging transportation, delivering messages, or providing additional amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area, ensuring a pristine first impression for visitors.
- Coordinate with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and security, reporting any suspicious activity or hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- A professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and cultural etiquette in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
