Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance
- Collaborate with management on promotional activities and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or F&B operations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
