Responsibility
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and a guest-first mindset.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide tailored recommendations.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS).
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare and organize guest documentation, including registration cards and folios.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related degree program (or recent graduate).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and PMS software (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
