Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a hotel management, tourism, or related course.
- Minimum height requirement: 5'3" (female) or 5'7" (male).
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
