Responsibility

- Develop and implement innovative wellness programs, treatments, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure adherence to international spa standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive spa bookings and promote brand visibility.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging wellness technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in luxury hospitality or resort settings.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols, product selection, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost optimization.
