Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the hospitality sector.
- Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development and change management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee well-being.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
