Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of artisans, designers, and production staff to deliver high-quality, craft-led projects.
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., hospitality, culinary, design) to integrate studio outputs into broader business goals.
- Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance productivity, sustainability, and artistic excellence.
- Mentor and nurture talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Represent the studio in client meetings, partnerships, and industry events to build brand visibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating new techniques and materials into studio practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in hospitality, design, or artisanal production.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence in a studio or workshop environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in craftsmanship, design, or creative direction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Passion for traditional craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovative design.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or Japanese is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hands-on approach.
