Responsibility

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area with up-to-date informational materials (e.g., brochures, local event guides).
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, providing clear and helpful responses.
  • Assist in reservation management, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; vocational training or degree in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in front-desk, reception, or cashier roles (preferably in hotels, resorts, or service industries).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Chinese) are advantageous.
