Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are set up, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean workspace.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
