Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist in managing the front desk budget and controlling expenses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
