Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations, assigning rooms, and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and discretion, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing using property management systems.
- Provide local area information, recommendations, and assistance with travel arrangements or activity bookings.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and timely manner.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
