Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Perform daily stock checks, manage inventory, and assist with restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and seating spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a friendly and efficient work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service is advantageous.
