Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Actively upsell products and promotions to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
