Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging Bali’s thriving tourism market.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, introduce seasonal specials, and maintain food quality.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
