Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging Baliâs thriving tourism market.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as local labor laws.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, introduce seasonal specials, and maintain food quality.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
