Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.

- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance guest satisfaction and operational productivity.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards in hospitality management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospitality management, preferably in luxury resorts, hotels, or tourism-related businesses.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management abilities.
- Process-oriented mindset with expertise in operational optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism market and customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
