Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining clean dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all work areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and local hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., restaurant, hotel, or retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based in the area).
