Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area, including deck, furniture, and surrounding spaces.
- Monitor and regulate pool chemical levels to ensure water quality and safety.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries, providing towels, and ensuring their comfort.
- Enforce pool safety rules and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
- Set up and arrange poolside furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities as needed.
- Perform regular inspections of pool equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong swimming ability (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and chemical handling.
