Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for dive trips and accommodations.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about dive packages, schedules, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with dive instructors, boat crews, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and guest information using our management system.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Promote additional services and upsell dive packages, equipment rentals, and merchandise.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including booking software and Microsoft Office.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of diving or willingness to learn about dive operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences.
