Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for dive trips and accommodations.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about dive packages, schedules, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with dive instructors, boat crews, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and guest information using our management system.
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Promote additional services and upsell dive packages, equipment rentals, and merchandise.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including booking software and Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of diving or willingness to learn about dive operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences.
