Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following Copper Club’s standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other barista tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a café setting.
