Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery to maintain a pristine environment.
- Replace and replenish linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms and facilities for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and supply restocking.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices where applicable to support sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial roles, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury establishments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet daily cleaning quotas.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude toward guest interactions (if applicable).
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is a plus; basic communication skills are required.
