Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.

  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize budgets to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging Bali’s tourism appeal.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create innovative menus and seasonal specials that align with market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
