Responsibility
- Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Investigate suspicious activities and anomalies within the network.
- Develop and implement strategies to detect and respond to emerging threats.
- Collaborate with the security operations team to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Analyze and interpret security logs and alerts to identify potential threats.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threat intelligence.
- Document and report findings to stakeholders and management.
- Participate in incident response activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in threat hunting, incident response, or cybersecurity analysis.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH are a plus.
