Responsibility
- Design and develop thermal management systems for diverse applications, ensuring optimal heat dissipation and energy efficiency.
- Conduct thermal simulations and analyses using tools like ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar software to validate designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate thermal solutions into product designs.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and specifications for thermal systems.
- Perform prototyping and testing to evaluate thermal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in thermal management to drive innovation.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing and implementation phases to ensure design integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve thermal-related issues in existing products or systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in thermal management system design, preferably in industries such as automotive, electronics, or renewable energy.
- Proficiency in thermal simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, or SolidWorks Simulation).
- Strong understanding of heat transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing thermal components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex thermal challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
