Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools to ensure alignment with client and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential delays, proposing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, contractors) to integrate technical, financial, and logistical constraints into the master plan.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management and clients.
- Monitor resource allocation, budget adherence, and milestone achievements to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Leverage BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other digital tools to enhance planning accuracy and visualization.
- Support tender processes by contributing to bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and feasibility studies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning engineering, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or Revit; familiarity with BIM is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and international clients.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work in a hybrid/remote setup with periodic on-site visits.
