Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site operations for roadworks and bridge construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site engineering challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor budget and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roadworks and bridge construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
