Responsibility
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain test equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability for product evaluations.
- Conduct comprehensive performance, durability, and safety tests on new and existing products in accordance with industry standards.
- Document test procedures, results, and anomalies in detailed reports for engineering review.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, defects, or areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, and production, to refine product specifications.
- Assist in developing test protocols and methodologies to enhance efficiency and precision.
- Ensure compliance with Komatsu’s quality assurance policies and international regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during testing and provide preliminary diagnostics to senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or product development (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, data analysis, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in using test equipment, measurement tools, and basic software (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Excel for data processing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying product inconsistencies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for reporting and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
