Responsibility
- Oversee electrical project execution from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, reports, and compliance certificates.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices in electrical engineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project management or M&E construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and building codes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance in construction.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
