Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of Onto Innovationâs semiconductor metrology and inspection systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Provide real-time technical support to customers, including training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, manufacturing) to improve product reliability and serviceability.
- Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for service activities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for semiconductor equipment, precision machinery, or industrial automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (up to 50% of the time) as required.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Certifications in occupational health and safety (OHS) or semiconductor-specific training are desirable.
