Responsibility
- Perform functional testing on products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify defects or malfunctions in products or components.
- Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions in detailed reports for quality assurance records.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve product design.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Follow standardized testing procedures and adhere to safety protocols in the workplace.
- Assist in the development and refinement of test methodologies to enhance efficiency and precision.
- Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet required specifications before assembly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product testing, quality control, or a similar role in manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong understanding of testing procedures, tools, and equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, calibration tools).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems (QMS), or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with data logging software.
- Strong communication skills in English to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
