Responsibility
- Conduct system presales discussions to understand client requirements and propose tailored automation solutions.
- Design and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for automation systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Assemble and configure automation systems, ensuring they meet technical specifications and client expectations.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and client training to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry trends to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and system specifications.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and address technical inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering, system design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of automation systems and components.
