Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of aerospace components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for MRO operations.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and audits in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aerospace quality standards and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace or MRO industry.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Experience with inspection tools, techniques, and non-destructive testing methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in technical documentation and report writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
