Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to engineering designs, specifications, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, logs, and progress reports.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among the site team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficient in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Bali.
