Location: Denpasar, Bali (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates)
Responsibility
- Maintain and update machine, station, and fixture allocations to optimize production workflow and space utilization
- Develop and manage inventory databases, ensuring accurate synchronization between physical stock and IE data systems
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies
- Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, capacity planning, and resource allocation for management review
- Assist in the design and modification of workstations and test boards to enhance ergonomics and productivity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production bottlenecks and proposing data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and ISO quality management systems
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, production support, or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process mapping, and workflow optimization
- Experience with time study techniques, capacity planning, and production scheduling
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
