Responsibility
- Develop and prepare technical proposals in response to customer requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather necessary information and align proposals with business objectives.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and company standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for proposals, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Present proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, addressing technical queries and providing clarifications as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to enhance proposal quality.
- Review and revise proposals based on feedback from clients and internal teams to improve success rates.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in proposal engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess technical requirements and develop feasible solutions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with motor systems, industrial machinery, or related technologies is a plus.
