Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of Alconās ophthalmic surgical and diagnostic equipment in hospitals and clinics across Bali.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and troubleshooting of medical devices.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the regional service team to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and improve service efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all service activities.
- Stay updated on new product releases, technical bulletins, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in field service, medical device maintenance, or a similar technical role (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- A valid driverās license and ability to operate a company vehicle (if required).
