Responsibility
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process control systems, including automation and standardization procedures.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, new processes, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant industry standards.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
