Responsibility
- Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports for construction and approval processes.
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Perform load calculations, stress analysis, and material selection to optimize structural performance.
- Monitor project progress, address technical challenges, and provide on-site support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in structural engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in construction or consulting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocode).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or progress toward licensure is a plus.
