Join a leading A1 Main Contractor in Bali as a Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact construction projects across the region. As a C&S Engineer, you will oversee the structural integrity and civil works of projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Based in Bali’s dynamic regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and efficiency in construction.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $5,000 – $6,500 per month, along with the chance to contribute to landmark projects in one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant markets. Responsibility
- Develop and review civil and structural designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects, ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize structural solutions and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Oversee material testing and quality control processes to guarantee structural durability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction technologies to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably with a main contractor or consulting firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocode).
- Proven track record in managing construction projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
