- Create presentation-ready samples for client pitches, internal reviews, and trade shows, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.
- Conduct material and structural testing to validate prototype performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and rapid prototyping tools (3D printers, laser cutters) to accelerate development cycles.
- Document prototype specifications, manufacturing processes, and design iterations for future reference and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends in packaging design, sustainable materials, and emerging prototyping technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications

- Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as 3D printing, CNC machining, or laser cutting.
- Strong understanding of materials science (plastics, metals, paper, biodegradable alternatives) and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate abstract ideas into functional, visually appealing prototypes.
- Portfolio showcasing previous prototyping or packaging design projects (required).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus but not mandatory.
