Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Telco team, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of telecommunication systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and support activities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure consistency in operations.

Qualifications
