Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for renewable energy initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration and adherence to quality standards.
- Liaise with government bodies, local communities, and private stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and partnerships.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, reporting progress to senior management and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Implement best practices in project management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Oversee operational readiness, including commissioning, testing, and handover of energy infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance with environmental and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of solar, wind, or hydroelectric energy systems and their operational challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial modeling.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia as required.
