Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and maintain wet process techniques including Wet Etch, Resist Strip, Lift-off, and Wafer Cleaning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to improve yield and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wet processes into semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on wet process best practices.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Document processes, procedures, and results for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wet process engineering within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Hands-on expertise in Wet Etch, Resist Strip, Lift-off, and Wafer Cleaning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process control tools and statistical analysis (e.g., SPC, DOE).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and cleanroom protocols.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
