Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with LEW standards and local regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy efficiency assessments for new and retrofitted projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety infrastructure.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD/BIM software.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency backup systems.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure system reliability, safety, and adherence to codes (e.g., PUB, SS, or IEC standards).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on industry trends, green building technologies, and smart automation to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., LEW Grade 7 or higher) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering, with a focus on electrical systems design and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to completion, including budget and timeline management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux for electrical design and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore/Indonesian electrical codes (e.g., CP5, PUB, PLN regulations) and international standards (IEC, NFPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta) as required.
