Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline cloud infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
- Optimize and maintain scalable, high-availability cloud systems using industry best practices.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated remediation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Document automation processes, architectures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance automation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Familiarity with networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
